When the installer cannot activate your license it says which kind of problem it met. Each kind has its own fix.

| Domain authorization | The hostname is not the one the license allows | Have the license's allowed domain corrected, then retry. www. and the bare domain count as the same hostname. |
Retrying is safe
Setup writes the database and then activates. After a license error, correct the cause and retry step four against the same database; it continues where it stopped.
Keep your key private
Never paste a license key into a ticket, a screenshot or a forum post. Send us the support reference and the problem category the installer shows.
