Put plans, products and services in front of your customers, let them order and pay in one pass, and take the money through the gateway you already use.

The store, the cart and the checkout belong to the same system as your invoices and your clients, so an order becomes a service, an invoice and an account on its own.
Choose a type and get the fields it needs: software with license keys and downloads, memberships, services with bookings, physical goods with variants and shipping, donations, or a plain product.

Each product has its own page with its pictures, price, description, reviews and the way into the cart.

New customers create their account during checkout; returning ones sign in. Fraud checks run on the order as it is placed.

Percentage, fixed amount, price override or free setup, limited to the products, customers and dates you choose.

Signed-in customers rate a product out of five and write a title and text. You approve, reject or reply in public from one list.

Pick the provider from the list under Payment Gateways and turn it on.
Paste the credentials your provider gave you, starting in its test mode.
Register the callback address so the provider can tell WBAMS the payment landed. Stripe registers its own.
Pay a test invoice as a customer and watch it turn paid, then go live.
Cards, bank debits, wallets and offline methods.

WBAMS ships 20 payment gateways: Stripe (cards and wallets, ACH and SEPA Direct Debit), PayPal in its several forms, Authorize.net with eCheck, Helcim, Payflow Pro, PayJunction and Payment Express, plus bank transfer and mail-in payment.
Yes. Helcim is built in, for US and Canadian dollars, on your own Helcim account with its interchange-plus pricing. Customers type their card into Helcim's own secure window on the invoice, at checkout or when they add a card, so the card number never reaches your server. A saved card pays one-off and recurring invoices by itself, and refunds are made from the admin area.
WBAMS takes no share of your payments. The money goes from your customer to your payment provider; you pay that provider's own fees.
With gateways that support it, such as Stripe and Helcim, a card can be kept on file and charged for recurring invoices. Stripe can also offer Apple Pay and Google Pay buttons on the invoice page.
Yes. Offline methods need no gateway: record the payment against the invoice, or several at once from the offline payment screen.
Yes. Physical products have brand, condition, weight and dimensions, stock, variants and a shipping layer with its own settings.
Yes. Payment rules, under Content Manager › Checkout, decide which ways to pay a client is offered from their country and the total. They apply wherever a client chooses how to pay, at checkout and on an invoice.
Your products, your gateway, your customers' accounts, all in one place.
