Mailboxes for your organization, clients, members and staff, a webmail app to read them, the emails WBAMS sends on its own, campaigns to many at once, and alerts for your team.

01 Email templates Welcome emails, invoices, reminders, receipts and ticket replies, each a template you can edit, with merge fields and a version for each language.
02 Campaigns Choose who the message is about, narrow the audience, check the count and send. Clients who have not agreed to marketing are left out.
03 Notifications Rules for new tickets, paid invoices, orders and more, sent by email, to Slack or HipChat, or as a text message through Telnyx or Twilio.
04 Calendar Service due dates, add-ons, to-do items and your own events together. Click a day to add an event, or drag one to move it.
WBAMS webmail reads and sends mail over IMAP and SMTP on its own address, with no WBAMS sign-in needed. Choose where the mail is kept, and everything follows that one setting.

Webmail works with mail on a cPanel account, where WBAMS creates and sizes the mailboxes, or with Microsoft 365, where your tenant creates them and WBAMS signs people in. Webmail is an option on the WBAMS license.
Yes, while webmail is open in a tab: a notification from the browser when you are working somewhere else, a card on the page when you are looking at it, and a chime if you want one. Each person turns them on or off in webmail's settings.
Yes. Each client, member or staff member can hold mailboxes within the allowance you set, and the organization has its own addresses besides.
The Newsletter section adds people to your subscriber list, each confirmed by email first. Export the list to send from another service, and every subscriber has a personal unsubscribe address.
Notification rules can send text messages through Telnyx or Twilio when something happens, such as a new ticket or a paid invoice.
Yes, with a campaign or a mass message. A campaign picks its audience by what the message is about, and cannot be recalled, so it shows you the count first.
