Payments, plans and checkout

Set up a payment gateway WBAMS ships 20 payment gateways. Their credentials differ but the setup has the same shape every time, and the step people skip, the callback, decides whether payments are recorded.

A payment went through but the invoice is still unpaid The customer paid at the provider and the invoice still says Unpaid. Almost always, the provider's callback never reached WBAMS.

Create a product or plan Everything you sell is a product in a group. The group decides where it appears in the store; the product's type decides which fields you fill in.

Add-ons, bundles and promotions Three ways to shape what customers buy: add-ons sold alongside a service, bundles sold together at one price, and promotion codes at checkout.

Product reviews Signed-in customers can review a product from its page: a rating out of five, a title and their words. You decide what is published.

The store and checkout Visitors browse your product groups, configure a plan, review the cart and check out. A new customer can create an account on the way.
