What clients can do in the portal The portal is where clients look after themselves: services, invoices, quotes, payments, tickets and their own details.
The member and staff areas Members and staff with a login get an area of their own rather than the client area.
Can my clients use two-factor sign-in? Yes. Client two-factor is its own setting; once you allow it, clients switch it on for their account in the portal.
