Yes, where you switch it on for a cause, at the percentage you set. The fee is its own line, charged again on each monthly gift, and never counted toward the goal.
Yes. A cause can list its recent supporters by first name and initial, marking monthly givers; anonymous gifts show as Anonymous.
The scheduler creates the next occurrence of each monthly gift when it runs, so it needs to be running, as it does for the rest of WBAMS.
