Downloads are files you offer customers, in categories, at addresses that do not give away their numbers.

- A category lives at
/files/{category}/. - A file is reached by a random, permanent token rather than its number, so one file's address does not lead to the others.
- A software product can also deliver its own download to the customer who bought it, with an expiry and a download limit.
For papers that should not be public, use the media library's Documents instead.
