Running your knowledgebase

Reference

The knowledgebase is your resource center: how-tos, references, FAQs, troubleshooting and policies, with readable addresses and suggestions while customers write a ticket.

Writing

Help Center › Knowledgebase. Choose a template first (Reference, Explainer, How-to, Tutorial, FAQ, Troubleshooting, Changelog, Feature Spotlight, Security Guidance, Policy, Glossary, Checklist or Comparison) and the editor fills itself with that structure. Blocks for summaries, steps, notes, checklists, questions, comparisons and screenshots are styled for both themes, in light and dark mode.

Addresses

Categories live at /knowledgebase/{category}/ and articles at /knowledgebase/{category}/{article}. A corrected title keeps its address; old addresses redirect permanently.

Who sees what

Private
Only signed-in clients can open it, and it is left out of every listing a visitor sees.
In a hidden category
Not shown to visitors at all.

Settings

Knowledgebase Settings decide how the resource center reads: the most-read strip, summaries, tag list, related articles, view counts, the "was this helpful?" vote, reading time and the contents list beside long articles.
