Signed-in customers can review a product from its page: a rating out of five, a title and their words. You decide what is published.
- Pending
- Written, not yet published. New reviews land here unless auto-approve is on.
- Approved
- Shown on the product page. Only approved reviews count towards the average.
- Rejected
- Kept, not shown.
- Orders › Product Reviews lists them with the average rating and how many are waiting.
- Open a review to approve, reject or reply publicly; or act on several at once from the list.
- A reviewer who actually ordered the product carries a verified-purchase badge.
- Settings › General Settings › Ordering: collect reviews or not, publish without approval or not, verified purchasers only or not.
