What WBAMS is, in one page

Explainer

WBAMS (Web Billing & Accounting Management System) runs the business side of an organization from one installation on your own server: billing, clients, support, the public website, members and staff, and giving.

One record, all the way through

Most organizations keep their invoices in one tool, their support in another and their website in a third, and somebody copies the customer story between them by hand. WBAMS keeps them together. A client is one account with its services, invoices, payments, quotes, tickets, emails and notes side by side, so nobody has to rebuild the history from separate systems.

The parts

  • BillingInvoices, quotes, recurring billing, credit, tax, refunds and disputes.
  • Payments and checkoutA store with plans, add-ons and promotions, and 20 payment gateways.
  • Clients and portalAccounts, users and contacts, and a portal where clients pay, order and ask.

  • WebsiteA page builder with 55 section types, menus, galleries and events, in light and dark mode.

Yours to shape

The installer asks what kind of organization you are and installs only what you need. A part you decline has no tables and no menu; you can switch it on later under Setup › Management Levels, and switching something off never deletes its records.
