Reports answer specific questions from your own database. Insights shows the day-to-day shape of the business.
WBAMS ships 33 reports covering income and billing, clients and accounts, orders and products, and support. Each is a question with a date range.
- Income
- Counted from settled transactions, not issued invoices. An unpaid invoice is not income.
- Periods
- Inclusive of both ends, in your configured timezone.
- Currencies
- Converted at the stored rate.
- Canceled records
- Left out of revenue, kept in count-based reports.
Reconcile against the provider
When a figure is disputed, the payment provider's statement is the authority. Two reports that disagree are usually counting different states.
The dashboard is built from widgets each administrator can show, hide and reorder. A widget showing zero is usually a permission: widgets follow the same permissions as the pages behind them.
