A billable item is a charge you add to a client to be invoiced later: hours worked, a quantity, or a fixed amount, each with the date it should be invoiced on.
- Add them from the client's Billable Items tab, or from Billing › Billable Items.
- An item can be one-off or recurring.
- On its date it joins the client's next invoice with anything else due that day, rather than raising an invoice of its own.
It suits agencies billing time and work done outside a plan: the work is recorded when it happens and billed with everything else.
