This is a starting point, not legal advice. Read it, make it true of your organization, and have somebody qualified check it before you rely on it.

Using this site

You may use this site to find out about what we offer, to buy it, and to manage what you have bought. You may not use it to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to try to reach somebody else's account.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, so keep the password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. Give us details that are true, and keep them current — we use the address on your account to reach you about your bills.

Paying

Prices are shown before you buy. Recurring services renew on their own schedule and we invoice ahead of the renewal date, so you have notice before anything is taken. An unpaid invoice may lead to the service being suspended and, eventually, closed.

Cancelling

You can cancel a recurring service from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in unless we say otherwise.

What we do not promise

We work to keep the service available and correct, and we do not promise it will never be interrupted. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, we limit it to what you have paid us.

Changes

We may change these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
