This is a starting point, not legal advice. Read it, make it true of your organization, and have somebody qualified check it before you rely on it.
When you open an account we collect the details you give us: your name, the name of your organization, your email address, a postal address and a phone number. When you buy something we record what you bought, what it cost and when it was paid.
We do not store complete card numbers. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and what we keep is the last four digits and the card type, so you can tell one saved card from another.
To provide what you have asked for, to bill you for it, to answer you when you contact support, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that come with taking payment.
Our payment provider, so a payment can be taken. Our email provider, so a message reaches you. Anybody we are legally required to tell. Nobody else, and we do not sell it.
Account and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them, and no longer than we have a reason to. Support conversations are kept so the next person who helps you can see what was already tried.
A copy of what we hold about you, a correction to anything wrong in it, or its deletion where we are not required to keep it. Ask us and we will tell you what we can do and how long it will take.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember what is in your cart. If we ever use them to measure how the site is used, we will ask first.
Questions about any of this go to the contact address on our Contact page.
